An Invitation

For years, the Offertory Optimizer has been the engine inside my fractional development engagements. As I offer it directly for the first time, I'm inviting a small founding cohort of parishes I know and trust to be the first to bring it home.

Founding partners receive:

• A charter rate in recognition of our relationship — 20% off program fees for engagements secured, scheduled, and committed before September 30, 2026.
• Direct access to me throughout the engagement.
• A hand in shaping the program for the parishes that follow.

In return, I ask founding partners to:

• Walk the full 12-month program with me.
• Share honest feedback and, where it's warranted, serve as a reference or founding case study.

This is limited and time-bound — 10 founding places: 4 for engagements launching in Q4 2026 (October–December), and 6 for engagements launching in Q1 2027 (January–March). Open through September 30, 2026. It isn't so much a discount as a partnership: I want the first parishes to be ones where the relationship already runs deep.
